Isla Blanca Park is a beautiful place for rv camping as well as to spent the day for fishing, beaching, kayaking or water sports and use on of the cabanas with fire pits for a BBQ with a view.
The jetties border the southern part of the park and are a fun walk to see dolphins and sea turtles.

Right next to the whaling wall is the entrance to the Laguna Madra Nature Trail where you can walk the boardwalk to encounter birds; fish; turtles; crabs etc in their natural habitat.
We enjoy this each time we come to birdwatch along the Laguna Madre Nature Trail.
