The lines are the worse, more than 2 hours waiting so you can only ride on 3 per day. To be honest is not worth the money compared to Warner for example. Some amazing views along route. - Hana6 contributionsI went with my mum on this tour. I was slightly concerned that she may not be able for the cycle, however it was a very easy, down hill ride and suitable for all ages. Would have even enjoyed a little more cycling as the scenery was absolutely spectacular! Our tour guides were great and let everyone go at their own pace. It was a great escape from the populated area of Salou. We learned lots about the area and it's beautiful wineries. The ride was well planned and led us through the beautiful Catalonian countryside .. the cooperativa producing olive oil was well worth a visit , with a wonderful little shop with an array of amazing local products at brilliant prizes. I would describe trip as “authentic”giving you a real feel for Catalonian village life .. - Familie HOberkirch, Germany65 contributionsIn June, after our catamaran trip, we informed us about the speed boat tour in Cambrils with Carolina (she is a very courteous, friendly employee!). We also knew the captain as he was our neighbor at the campsite - what a nice coincidence! This time we got on in Salou. The boat drove to the port in Cambrils, where other passengers boarded. From there we drove along the coast of Salou and continued via Cap Salou to La Pineda. We stopped briefly at the lighthouse and Marc (we think it was his name?) explained a little about the history to us and the children were allowed to steer a little - what a fun! In La Pineda we took a break to swim and have a drink. On the way back everyone had fun with well-known songs and dance performances (e.g. Macarena). 100% recommendation - try it out! We took a train out of Barcelona to Tarragona.
Then we got the bus from the bus station (a 10 minute walk from the train station) toward Lleida; and got off at Poblet and walked to the monastery.
