Fantastic Aquarium and Zoo, impressive selection of animals within a great nature feeling setting.
After the aquarium, we had dinner at the Rustico Pizzeria and Restaurant nearby and then hung out in the park across from the Aquarium.

Located at the north end of South Shore park, we parked our scooter in a quiet parking lot and took to exploration of the shore line.
This has to be the best beach on the island If you want picture postcard views and completely unspoilt nature go Here!

The park is beautiful with plenty of places to explore and I definitely recommend going to see it if you are on the west side of Bermuda.

There is a playground in the park that kids can use and have two different equipment for different ages too so the little kids and older ones get to enjoy climbing, swings and the slide.
The park is fun for small kids, the water is perfect for wading out and swimming.

Lovely wee park with interesting sculptures and glorious angel trumpet tree along with many other specimens.
While a small park (compared to others such as Central Park, etc), plan to spend some time here both taking photos and just relaxing and soaking in the beauty that is Hamilton, Bermuda - the U.K. Isle of beauty.

We also went to Tom Moore's Jungle, had a great nature walk, swam in a cave, and did some cliff jumping into a salt-water lake.
It's wonderful to see how those who car can return the area from temporary buildings built for military use, many years ago, back into a true nature preserve.

You can take the bus to Grotto Bay or park in the parking lot and walk on the path to the left of the hotel.
Park in front of the resort on the left as you enter and walk up and over the hill on the path just to the left of the main building.

This is a really nice slightly off the beaten path historic park in St. Georges commemorating the founding of the island.
There are restrooms on one side of the park and behind them is a statue and dedication to Sir George Somers the founder of Bermuda.

If you keep walking along the road you will end up in the Cooper Island Nature Preserve which is a wonderful and quiet area with great beaches and snorkeling.
But the real beauty is walking through the nature preserve, I think it’s called coopers island.

It is a very interesting and informative self-guided walking tour in the city of Hamilton and its public and private parks and gardens.
You could spend many hours walking the trails of the gardens alone if you are a nature lover.
