This mall is the gold standard for me growing up. It has stayed in the modern times with its luxury offerings, but kept the traditions of the turtle and duck pond and great art exihibits.
Nordstrums, Gucci, etc can be found here.

This was a great art experience. Perfect for young teens. My daughter and I had a great time and would do it again if we are ever in Dallas.

Stunning during Christmas. There were dozens and dozens of lights decorating the trees and shops. Rows of cars waited to get in and out, while I was enjoying the scenery from afar (meaning I was just staring at the place). Truly beautiful and charming, with its decor, architecture, and design really…something.

Went here to get a pair of shoes, and found what we were looking for. Parking was crazy, but the attendants were doing a great job of directing traffic. It took almost 30 minutes to get over the bridge and into the parking lot, so be prepared for that when you travel there.

Loved the Farmers Market and area surrounding it. Purveyors were pleasant and knowledgeable about their products. Would highly recommend if you like open air markets.

Had a good time taking pictures with a friend here. The pictures turned out great and the staff was friendly. Apparently, there will be a holiday themed room replacing the spooky room soon so if you're looking for a Christmas card photo this is the place!

Walking into Sam Moon is almost overwhelming. There's so much to see and impossible to see it all. I spent 2 HOURS here and still didn't see it all. I did however, buy 4 pairs of earrings, 3 necklaces, a purse, 2 belts, 2 pairs of shoes, a bow tie and cummerbund and a suitcase.
The prices were so low I felt like I should leave a tip.
If you love jewelry you MUST stop here.

West Village fits right into Uptown. The shops are classy and unique. Good selection of restaraunts and a movie theater. Very walkable. It is also on the McKinney Ave Trolly line which is always fun to ride.

When in the Lakewood area of Dallas, be sure to step into Curiosities...an eclectically cool shop just jam-packed full of temptations. It's sort of a blend of an indoor flea market combined with an antique vibe mixed with a nostalgic flavor stirred into a retro-cool wrapping that makes the visit well worth your while. I really enjoy my visits...I can easily explore 30 minutes up to an hour...there are so many neat items to examine. There's a little bit of everything...something for everyone.

Hopefully your curiosity is piqued...so get yourself to Curiosities.

    Happy shopping !!!

I went here for a few photos and a day time outing. Will go back. The person at the front was informative. Best time to go is on a Sunday. Stop and enjoy a drink!

Restaurants range from cheap/fast food (tacos/pizza/burger/chicken/chinese) to full service dining (Centric in the hotel and J Pepes) with a few mid-range (Corner Bakery, Three Birds and Freshii kiosk). Some shops (Hallmark and an accessories boutique) but mostly just an air controlled dining plaza with offices on one side and hotel on the other. Great for people watching - especially during the Comicon Convention.

This is an antique store worth the visit. Being from the northeast, we found the prices very reasonable for gorgeous wood cabinets, tables, artifacts and especially the chandeliers. Very castlesque but the willingness to create anything for you custom is wonderful. We love that they did the main chandelier for the 2019 HGTV Smarthome. Very nice people too - you could easily spend over an hour here.

This antique mall is one I check out now and then and have found some nice items and art. There is quite a mix of items and quality, and many vendor booths; the staff is accommodating and friendly. One of the better antique malls in Dallas.

Dolly Python, between West Village and Old East Dallas is a collective of vintage and collectible dealers set in an old grocery store. It has vintage clothing, jewelry and boots/footwear. It has truly unique collectibles in all sizes (in case you're visiting with a suitcase), from handmade, outsider art, signs and books, some furniture, MidCentury modern, ephrmera like old "secret society" orders.
Small, easily viewed with a helpful and knowledgable staff. Parking on the street. Cards accepted. None of that "do not touch" malarkey, everything is for the picking.

While you're there, go across Haskell for a drink and meal at eBar!
