Got to see some amazing views of the mountains and was a really great way to try something new. My husband and I loved it. The Dolly Backroads Tour is thoughtfully curated, combining natural scenery with a peek into the heritage and history of Dolly Parton’s early life. Visiting places from Dolly’s childhood added a heartwarming touch.
The highlight was the Gatlinburg Arts & Crafts Community stop. It’s a hidden gem full of talented local artisans, offering unique handmade crafts that really reflect the spirit of the Smoky Mountains.
Overall, the tour is perfect for photography lovers, Dolly Parton fans, and anyone looking to connect with the art and heritage of the Smokies. They have VR games, other computer games such as Mario, Pong, Pac man, Donkey Kong, Space Invaders, Connect 4, Skeeball, Basketball, Baseball, Racing,etc. They have a small Bigfoot exhibit, Lots of fun photo ops! - Norma E1 contributionThis was such a lovely experience, one on one guide (actually 8 of us) Rich was a wealth of knowledge and I felt like he knew all the hidden secrets and gems of the town. He was funny, knowledgeable and didn’t miss a beat when it came to making sure we were well taking care of. This was not a fast pace trip/tour and was very relaxing. I didn’t feel rush at all. If you’re looking to see some of the scenic places around town and don’t want to drive yourself, book this tour or one of the others that he offers. Lost Mine coaster is close but not quite what this one is in terms of length, speed and overall reriding quality. He went above and beyond to give us the kind of experience that visitors are looking for. He also surprised us with an unexpected off-roading adventure.
