Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

My wife and I took a cruise on board this ship, during our recent holiday in Yarrawonga where we stayed for three nights at The Sebel Resort. We enjoyed the scenery and got to see The Sebel Resort from the Boat.Written 11 November 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - I organised a 50th birthday party private boat tour on the boat. The staff were really friendly and nothing was too much of an ask. The food was awesome sussages and rissoles with salads. I couldn't have asked for a better experience for the birthday.Written 11 June 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - We took our 2 Grandchildren on this cruise today. Aged 5 and 7 they loved it, they had lunch which I took. The staff were really interactive with the kids including them brilliantly.
We had the lunch provided and this was very good, soup, bread roll and sausage roll. Lovely.
The day was freezing and foggy but didn't take away from the fun or enjoyment.
Cost was reasonable and value for money. Overall excellent hour and half.Written 14 July 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
