Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- Andy T10 contributionsMy wife and I I visited today. I had a four beer tasting paddle. We also had a pizza. The beers were great, the pizza good but not great. The atmosphere is lovely. We totally enjoyed our visit and would recommend it to others. Staff were friendly and accommodating.Written 6 June 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- TWal1Canberra, Australia2,942 contributionsWe thoroughly enjoyed visiting Panboola Wetlands. Each Saturday morning, the area hosts a friendly and welcoming parkrun event. They have done a fantastic job in reclaiming the old racecourse to support this activity. The area is rich in wildlife with kangaroos and many bird species in abundance.Written 24 April 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Our captain was really informative, learning how the growing process works was a real eye opener, he was able to answer any question asked. Breath taking scenery ,very enjoyably and relaxing cruise.
