Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- EmmaQWollongong, Australia135 contributionsVery enjoyable walk and mini adventure to the waterfall! We walked the longer walk and due to the changes, it was a bit in reverse…which was fine. The walk can get a bit steep, but you’re able to take rests when you need to. The rainforest is stunning and the waterfall was delightful. It’s a great walk for couples and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.Written 12 October 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Danielle W3 contributionsI’ve been twice with my kids 2022 and 2023.
Giving the kids a Friday off school in February to go to avoid the crowds! Or go towards the end of the season on the weekend. No lines! 5 mins was max wait on one of them. I love it heart as there plenty of slides and easy to get around to each one. You learn the map of the park really quickly. My kids just go off together now and I lie on a deck chair at the wave pool.
The wave pool has lifeguards always looking and doing a good job when the waves are going.
The only thing I would complain about was what a let down the toboggan was. I’ve been on these toboggans many times from when I was younger in the 80 and 90s and was looking forward to the fast action toboggan ride but this time it was so slow it almost went to a stop several times on the track! Didn’t use my brake once. The only thing I could think of was maybe they need to get new ones, ones that slide better, maybe they are too old and need maintenance because they don’t slide anymore like they did other times. 5 starts if the toboggan worked better.Written 20 February 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Only a short walk from parking the car it’s easy to find and you can access the water for a swim. The water seemed clean and was very refreshing for a quick dip. We’d love to go back.Written 24 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- JamHazelnutSydney, Australia26 contributionsDo yourself a favour: park up and drop into a slice of luscious and soul-restoring nature :)
Nice length walk over and alongside the river, refreshingly cool within the forest, beautiful vegetation and trees, not to mention lyre birds!
Only requirement is to pay if you don’t have a national parks pass.
Very special place.Written 8 February 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. You need to be careful of cars making unexpected and unsignalled turns into properties.Written 21 October 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - MichaelSydney, Australia83 contributionsEverything a country course should be; Tight, tree-lined fairways, small greens and EASY on paper until you see the ponds and creeks that are VERY well placed on almost every hole. Plenty of fun holes - 5, 6, 7, 16, 17 and 18 are all great fun (risk & reward)!
This isn’t a top-end Metro track. This is a great fun course to play on a weekend away. Very quiet when we played (Sunday). We booked but didn’t seem to matter - you could call up in the morning and I’m certain you’d get a spot when it suited you.
No BYO but the pro-shop sells 6 beers for the price of 5. Great way to spend holiday golf.
We got a voucher for 2 players and a cart on CRAZY GOLF for about $80 (June 2023).Written 12 June 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Virtually all tee shots you have to think about and some very big penalties for not thinking.
Scorecard is well thought out with distances to a hazard and width of hazard highlited- if you can hit the ball straight and know your distances !!!!
Most of the greens have a volcano effect near the hole --hit straight !!Written 2 May 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
