- KF2 contributionsThe transfer was very comfortable! 1 hour drive from Byron Bay to Gold Coast. The mini bus was super spacious, there was also great air conditioning. Todd even provided all 11 of us with a cold water bottle each.

Get door to door service and friendly banter from Craig when I was awake. - Makayla and Lac... HWollongong, Australia168 contributionsWe have used this in this service in the past, when it was Gold Coast Shuttle. We had booked 4 months ago and luckily they honored to take us to our resort as apparently it is no longer on the list as an airport transfer. We used the theme park transfers every day and they were late every day. Once we had a phone call advising us but the other days we just waited. Whilst we can understand being late when you get picked up 30 minutes after you are suppose to it is valuable time you are losing at the theme parks. We had the Dreamworld pass and previously it would go Dreamwold last to get off but also last to get back on the bus. This time dreamwold was last to get off and then first to get on, we Dreamwold customers were getting at least 40 minutes a day less at the park than Wet and Wild and Movie World customers. It would be nice if this was reverted back to how it was. Overall it is still great value for money, the drivers were all nice and friendly and their customer service could not be faulted at all. - Max J1 contributionWe arrived at Coolangatta airport and waited for the designated pick up time hoping for a nice and comfortable trip to Byron Bay. When the service didn’t show up we asked at the information centre and other desks and they knew nothing. Car arrived 5 minutes prior and super clean.
The driver was super entertaining to us and our children and they don’t charge any extras for the luxuries children seat.
