Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- RJB1234Brunswick Heads, Australia66 contributionsSeems they cancel a large number of courses. Overpromising and under delivering. I’ve asked for the number of cancelled courses versus what is actually delivered but they refuse.
Moral of the story… don’t expect the course you are interested in will actually be delivered and you won’t know for months…. So don’t make your travel or business plans around delivery.
(My experience: I have had every course I have ever enrolled in over 4 years cancelled and my friends have had multiple cancellations as well, but they have had a few delivered also.)Written 17 November 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Loved the market, John's exotic fruits and the brewery.
Highly recommended.Written 8 October 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. They tailored a private walk and cycle specifically for me and offered other suggestions and tours that I might be interested in. The commentary by Liam during the coastal walks were both interesting, informative and educational and he had a great depth of knowledge of the history of the towns, the Indigenous sites, the wildlife, the fauna and flora and eco systems. I loved every minute of the walks and I just couldn’t get enough of it, so many beautiful and breathtaking views and lots of photos to reflect on my time exploring the Northern Rivers coast, estuaries, hinterland and fauna and flora.Written 3 June 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
