Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A wonderful way to spend an afternoon in Byron! Levi is a legendary tour operator and u get to choose which local breweries and distilleries u go to. He showed up promptly on time and his bus is spotlessly clean. We went to stone and wood, Wandana and Cape Byron Distillery and they were all fantastic. Overall I would highly recommend this tour, u get your own private tour bus to see the sights. You pay for your own tastings as you go, which actually is a good thing because if u have people in your party who don’t drink as much they get to pick and choose what they would like to taste. We have about an hour at each destination which was great. Support local people like Levi !

Liz was amazing to deal with. She went above and beyond to give our group of high school students a great tour. The students all really enjoyed the experience, and would happily do it again. Highly recommended.

Great tour of the region taking in Distillery, local villages, waterfall and winery - fabulous full half day that gave everyone a wide range of experiences. Adam was knowledgeable, personalble and accommodationg. Very flexible to meet the needs of the group. Good personality for this typoe of business. We had a group of 8 and all were in agreement that the tour exceeded expectations. Highlight - Distillery visit where we all learnt so much about the spirit of Gin.

A highly professional tour learning about coffee production in the northern rivers region from a farmer who has been in the area for 40 years. The tour started with a tour of the coffee trees, coffee tasting and morning tea, and then on to the production area. Here we saw grading of the coffee beans, sorting, roasting and packaging and a very detailed account of the process by the owner of the coffee plantation. Finally we were able to purchase some of the excellent coffee that the farm produces and enjoyed a scenic drive back to Byron Bay by our lovely host Elisabeth. A great day out lasting 5 hours and well worth the cost.

Booked a picnic for my wife’s birthday. Needed it dog friendly. Pru from the Picnic Portal was amazing to deal with. Found the perfect location at Brunswick Heads right on the river. Pru set up the most amazing picnic for us. So much food and the best quality bread, cheese, fruit and more! I would wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a special day. Thank you Pru! If you want to check out how they look thepicnicportal on Insta is your best bet.
