Porthleven Harbour Porthleven
#1 of 1 Sights & Landmarks in Porthleven
... right on the harbour ( very charming) filled with fishing boats and the most amazing tides.Surrounded by resturants and shops with a short walk to a lovely beach or if you prefer "cliff" walks with great views.
Lots of lovely shops to walk around, fantastic views and setting and great to have a pint at the Harbour Inn.
Roskilly's St Keverne
#1 of 5 Sights & Landmarks in St Keverne
I had armadillo which is maple and pecan - divine!! Reasonably priced as it is all made on site.
We were able to walk around the entire site, at our own pace, and welcomed the many benches to be able to sit, enjoy the views, and have a short break before walking the rest of the route.
Poldark Mine Wendron

This outstanding world heritage site is being transformed above ground and will take time to be perfect but if you can see past the work in progress you will enjoy an unforgettable time here.
The recent history of the mine was also very interesting, you can tell that the owners are having to restore the site on a shoestring budget but the " homely" feel of the museum is made up by the obvious love and...

Visited here with my husband, the site itself is small, but lovely, the tea rooms are small and only stock basic refreshments, but the cake is yummy and the coffee delicious.
Penrose

Excellent off road cycle tracks, although a bit hilly in places but worth the beautiful views across Loo Pool.
At the site, the maps were good, but did leave a little to be desired in terms of which paths were accessible.
RNAS Culdrose Airfield Viewing Area
#6 of 17 Sights & Landmarks in Helston
During a unplanned visit we saw the black hawks practicing take of and landings which was exciting view initially we was only passing and saw loads of action so popped in for a closer look and pleased we did.
The viewing area is clearly signposted with views in two directions - across the runway towards the southerly hangars and across the Merlin apron.
St Keverne Parish Church St Keverne
#2 of 5 Sights & Landmarks in St Keverne
Wedding in the church what can you say apart from well worth visiting if you are in St Keverne, Make sure you walk through church yard as the views on a clear day are fabulous , looking right over Lizard
St Keverne church is usually open in daylight hours and is the only church on the Lizard peninsular with a spire which serves as a landmark for people out at see.

The path can be challenging but there is a reward for your efforts in the fabulous views.Advise taking walking sticks for balance and all weather gear in the spring when we visited.
