Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- world travellerJakarta, Indonesia19 contributionsThe big gate out front was cracked open I walked in and you are basically free to roam around without an escort. The art was interesting and the building was worth a look but the kids were soon bored and since we didn’t want to buy any of the replicas we only spent about 15 minutes out of our day in the cool building out of the shadeWritten 14 October 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - quinni_224Cowra, Australia2,440 contributionsAfter a morning out exploring the various temples in the region, my brother and I were relieved to shelter from the heat/humidity.
Our first stop was for refreshing drinks from Starbucks consisting of a Double Chocolate Chip Frappuccino and a Mango Passionfruit Blended Juice which really hit the spot!
After a sometime spent relaxing in Starbucks, we had a browse and found 'The Body Shop' were we purchased some much needed soothing Aloe Vera gel for our sunburns.
Out of the few malls I have visited in Southeast Asia, I consider this one to be the best.Written 29 October 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - 2cannucksBritish Columbia, Canada27 contributionsWe were pleasantly surprised to find this lovely spot in the mall. The menu is imaginative, eclectic, beautifully presented and delicious! The prices are very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food served. The setting, overlooking the city and mountain landscape as well as the great choice of music, make it a great choice for either lunch or evening dining.
The spa was also provided a great experience for a reasonable price! We had the couples Alhambra package which consisted of a very well done massage, a body scrub and a facial mask. The room was clean and comfortable and the service was provided by well trained staff using excellent products (some of which we purchased in the shop). We braved the fish tank and which turned out to be quite a lovely experience. We had seen this done in many countries previously, but never in as pristine a setting with such well kept fish...so we gave it a go.
We would highly recommend both the bistro and spa and will definitely return if/when we return.Written 15 December 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Although it is a quite complete mall, it has an average ambiance. As the consequence, this mall has to attract people by holding events.
Actually this mall targets people from middle to upper class who live in Cinere area. But the mall concept is not clear enough. On the ground floor, it has a vast area for Hypermarket as its anchor for middle to upper class customers. Unfortunately, the tenants' concept in front of Hypermart is similar to ITC with small stores and stands selling clothes, toys, handphones to furnitures. While on the upper floors we could find restaurants such as Gula Merah, Ta Wan, Nanny's Pavillon, Carl's Junior, Wingstop, Steak 21, Ichiban Sushi, Starbucks, Kedai Lawang, J.Co, Bale Nyoenya, Solaria, CFC targeted to middle to upper class customers again. This mall also has XXI Cinema, Celebrity Fitness, Body Shop, Century, Watsons, Levi's, Optik Seis, Optik Tunggal, Cool, Rock Gym and Amazone for those types of customers. On the other hand, the events held at the main atrium often only attract lower class visitors. However, the good part is this mall can still maintain its building to be always clean, including its toilets.
The two floors parking area in basement is vast enough. Overall, this mall is still a good choice to visit for people around its location. But it is average if it is compared to other higher class mall such as Cilandak Town Square or Pondok Indah Mall.Written 11 January 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
