Great zoo. Loved the whole atmosphere. The animals looked well cared for, there was a free safari and plenty of places to stop and eat/drink and get some souvenirs! The prices are expensive imo, but no more then I expect to pay at an attraction like this.
The meerkat cafe was a lovely place to eat, it was easy to order and the food/drink was lovely.

Beautiful rose garden and manor house and lake.
Enjoy the place, don't rush and look at the variety.

Lots of variety of rose flowers and different arrangements.
Loved the hybrid rose colours and the garden wasn't very busy.

It's calm and relaxing with family and kids.

The mansion itself stands so high and is very grand indeed. It is a good visit to explore this place and the beautiful grounds, learn a little bit about the history and the garden is truly lovely. You need to walk quite a bit of it is a must see and you need to wear something comfortable to walk around in so you don't get too tired.

Great place through which one can walk, cycle, many other activities within the Park Precinct.
The River flowed swiftly along its course.
    A lovely outdoor experience.

We stayed at the hotel and had an easy walk down to the lobby for collection. The show was excellent and provided lots of additional information we did not see when we returned the next day (our stay came with free entry). The two actors were terrific, highly recommend.

After recently moving to Werribee, I was pleasantly surprised to discover this lovely stretch of coastline. I have been visiting once a week while the weather has been pleasant.

    Pros:
    - Very quiet! Unlike most beaches in Melbourne you don’t have to fight for a sliver of sand, or deal with obnoxious people, there’s always plenty of space.
    - Clean sand that is raked regularly
    - Beautiful pine trees lining the road
    - A paved walking path
    - proximity to Wyndham harbour for an ice cream or drink at the local container bar 3030 Boulevard
    - large grassed area for games or picnics
    - Beautiful views of the bay

    Cons:
    - There is a giant sand bar along the entire stretch of coast here so the water is very shallow quite far out (can be a pro for people with kids though!)
    - the sand in the water is a bit weird with sludgy bits and dirt in parts. I also noticed in one section there is a layer of fine black gravel a few centimetres under the sand.
    - The water can be perturbed and so sometimes looks brown, the water is still clean but looks unappealing to some.
    - Currently a lack of facilities such as showers, shops and BBQ’s (there is a small toilet block, playground and milk bar directly across the road though)
    - Lack of shaded areas

Overall a really great remote, natural feeling beach worth a look. The council has plans to develop the area so will be ‘nicer’ in the future but for now it’s still worth spending time and enjoying it while it’s still quiet!

Werribee Park Mansion was built by a wealthy Australian pastoral dynasty who rode on the sheep's back. It's been restored, making it a great insight into life in times gone by. The lawns and gardens make it a great place for a picnic. The fruit orchard, planted by the owners in the late 1880s, has been restored and is quite fascinating. Werribe Park is open to the public.

An orchard dated back to the 1870s that fell in too disrepair and is has now been lovingly restored to its former glory. another attraction that you visit during the next trip to the nearby open range zoo

The main entry road to the homestead was closed on last Sunday. So we visited Cheetham wetland next to it. The seaside entry to the homestead was open via the wetland. But the buildings were seemed closed. A nice place to enjoy with a wonderful surrounding with a sea aside. Would be an amazing place if it is opened. Recomend to check whether open or not prior to visiting. The wetland is a good place to enjoy the nature. Beware of snakes.

We stayed on our boat in the Marina in April for one night.

    Positives

Good stopover between Geelong and Docklands.
    Good protected moorings.
    Good security.
Toilets open at end of pier.
Nice walks along the foreshore towards Werribee River. Some lovely parks and opportunities to see the pelicans at the fishing piers.
    Pleasant (thought small) facilities.
    Pleasant staff.
    Good online booking system.
The pizzas available were large and filling. We chose the New York Special size and had enough left over for breakfast. Tasty too.

    Negatives:

    Small (though pleasant) facilities.
Quite a long way from anything other than the harbour itself when you don't have a car.
You need to ask for wifi password and, if you forget, there is no information in the facilities when staff are gone.
There was only one restaurant in the harbour and the menu was limited to pizzas after 6pm.
It may have been a once-off as I think they were experiencing issues with PINs when we checked in but our PIN working on the day we arrived did not work the next morning. Thankfully, only one of us went out so the other could let them back in.
