Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What a pleasant surprise. This is my favorite gift shop/ art gallery during my Tasmanian trip! I was on my way back from searching for the Centurion eucalyptus tree. Due to the forest fire, the park is closed to certain points. So I scouted out the closest town after stopping for coffee. Then I stumped over the Aurora Fae gallery. I loved her work! The buzzwords I could think of are: fine lines, tarot cards, ceramic, nature, color, kindergarten.

She is so friendly. She also sourced a few other artist local or in Australia. I ended up bought a few pins from another Malaysian artist who by chance is her sister in law.

I stopped in for a coffee and had the best coffee I'd had in ages. I also tried one of the cheese and pickle platters, which was unexpectedly delicious, particularly since I'm not usually a massive fan of pickles. The pickles brought out some really delicious flavours in the cheese. A balm for the soul!

This is a fun store in Geeveston with loads of jars of old fashioned lollies. The fudge is now expensive but we enjoyed a Hokey Pokey ice cream each for $5.50.

This is a great nick nack store in the centre of town that really does highlight the areas association with the timber industry. Great choice of unusual gifts from the local area.

Great little produce shop with the freshest fruit and veg produce we'd seen and smelled in Tasmania. Great homemade cakes, breads, plus plenty of whole food ingredients.
