We had the best time seeing all the animals! There was an opportunity to feed and pet kangaroos which was a bucket list of mine. In addition, we saw everything from birds, reptiles, fish, monkeys and Tasmanian Devils.
We saw a lot of beautiful countryside on the way from the cruise port to Cradle Mountain National Park. It was a drizzly day up on the mountain, but there is a nice lodge offering hot food and a fireplace to warm up. The tour went along the coast on the return for a different view. Our guide was a local and shared interesting information about the area.
John is a knowledgeable entertaining and flexible operator with his clients best interest at heart. He makes it his business to get to know what people want and makes every effort to deliver. John's you is highly recommended, you can't go wrong!
Friendly driver, Sue chatted and gave us local knowledge as we headed via Sheffield for morning tea. We didn’t need to follow maps as she confidently headed up to Cradle Mountain. We can thoroughly recommend doing this tour this way.
We bought the tour online in January and we were told there were not enough spots to accommodate us on the bus when we arrived on the day of the tour. We received a cash refund on the spot (which is why I gave them a 4 for customer service after an error). The title is misleading...it is NOT a "hop on/hop off". It's a guided tour where you remain with the group for the duration.
Leven canyon was amazing, the guide very knowledgeable Tasmanian boutique Tours excellent, above and beyond. Sue really know the area and where to get the best ice cream!
We had the pleasure of joining Karen on her one year anniversary! What a great day in Tassie! The little town of Penguin is adorable! We got a nice overview of Tasmania and really enjoyed going to Wings Wildlife Park. Karen was a pleasure to work with during the booking process and a gracious hostess.
Lovely day for everyone involved, Sue was a great guide and her van was nice and comfortable.. Sue planned the day nicely and added in a couple of other little stops along the way as we had the time. Pickup from the cruise ship was easy and uncomplicated. Sue was waiting at the shuttle drop off with a cheery smile and hello. No complaints.
Amazing experience! We learnt a lot about Devonport’s history and present day way of life, and our tour guide, Sue, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic! 11/10 experience!
We did a half day wine tour with a platter included. Our tour driver, Sue was great, she's very knowledgeable about the area and the wine. Everything was well organised, all we had to do was show up. We even had enough time to stop at Spreyton Cider which was a nice treat given it was a hot day. Thank you for being so accommodating.
