Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- rekharakeshSaharanpur, India236 contributionsOne of Nature's wonders that needs to be experienced & enjoyed.
The view was amazing as it was bright & sunny.
We visited during Easter weekend, so it was very noisy.
The public toilets were dirty and smelly.Written 2 April 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We drew a very new guide, who seemed more preoccupied with procedures than conveying human interest stories, but still well worth a visit. Off peak you can often just pitch up and do a tour, but pre-book for busy times.Written 18 February 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. A great place and make sure you walk down to the beach.Written 30 June 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - PederbunchLaunceston, Australia45 contributionsGreat display of information and artifacts regarding the period the station was used for quarantining after the war etc. The volunteers were super friendly and knowledgeable. We felt very welcome, even though it was the end of the day. The self guided tour was also interesting, making it easy to imagine the hardships endured there.

- PUMBRIDGELondon, UK2,381 contributionsChaotic, but tasty diner and takeaway where, on a busy bank holiday weekend, the staff were at full stretch. ‘I’ll have to get another shucker in,’ the manager was overheard saying as a long queue formed at the takeout window.
Great oysters, but we did have a long wait.Written 15 February 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
