- Tina H10 contributionsWe had a fantastic day exploring beautiful Bruny Island with Bruny Island Safaris, despite the unpredictable weather. We sampled local honey, oysters, and cheese and saw a unique white wallaby. The heavy rain, wild wind and hail made our lighthouse visit memorable🤣🤣but we dried off, enjoyed lunch and met some lovely people. Our guide and driver -Rick - was an excellent host and looked after us really well - we appreciated his knowledge and humour. The day was well-planned, flowed so well and we had an excellent insight into island produce, including cheese, beer, oysters and lots more! The provision of a heated jacket was ideal for the boat ride. The tour guide, Bunzy was fantastic - he really made the trip memorable and awesome. He was knowledgeable, funny and personable and made extra stops into towns and took the scenic route to make it extra special.
The tour was detailed in explaining the history and locations. Bruny island is beautiful and Port Arthur was idyllic. The tour was a great way to see it. No complaints.

- Anthony M7 contributionsWe were looking for a tour that would allow our group of four to see as much of Tas that we could cram in. I found Adventure Trails Tasmania and liked the sound of the flexibility Ben was happy to incorporate.
We were after mornings of bushwalks and hikes, and afternoons sampling food, wineries and distilleries… no problem, said Ben. We were keen to experience the diversity of nature SE Tas provided… no problem, said Ben. We were keen to sample whiskies and gins, Pinots and Sav Bs… no problem, said Ben. He provided a range of options and we formed a plan over email - clear, responsive, accommodating.
The actual experience? Even better. You will not meet a more knowledgeable guide, who will adjust and tweak daily based on needs of his guests. He shares of himself and his experiences, seems to have an infinite number of contacts who know and respect him. He is thoughtful, and quite frankly, goes well beyond what any tourist could reasonably expect. We felt valued, we felt appreciated and we felt like friends.
