Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The play area is a fantastic place for children and plenty of picnic benches for mums and dads small shop for that essential ! Icecream, and of course toilets. Its well kept, yet wild plenty of wildlife to spot and paddeling opportunities. Well worth exploring this well kept secret.Written 3 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- zuppinp3Sawston, UK189 contributionsWe are quite regular customers at Simmo's and it is good value compared to other soft plays we have been to, with the good value extending to drinks and food as well.
There is quite a lot of variety for the children including a tall wavy slide, a separate area for football/basketball, a separate area for under 3's with a ball pool, soft animal faces to fit in gaps in the wall, soft ride on toys. There are also other bits and bobs (coin-operated) like a dance machine, a bus the little ones can go on like you see outside amusement arcades, air hockey, little plastic eggs with a toy inside. Usually have a very tasty cake for £1.50 per slice (much cheaper than Spotted Giraffe or Cheeky Monkeys)Written 16 June 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - graham cCambridge, UK870 contributionsNice course here, the only issue is the leaves in Autumn. That said our group all had a great day. Very friendly pro shop, super breakfasts, everything prepared fresh. Plenty of parking. The fairways, greens and bunkers were all in excellent condition. There are a number of challenging holes here. You have water trees and fast greens. The club house is dated but comfortable and friendly.Written 24 October 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - herbertp64079 contributionsFirst visit on monday afternoon and was surprised to find about 10 people having a drink at 3pm. Quick service and a lovely pint of Netergates County Ale. Would like to go again and perhaps try a meal. Greene King pub at its best.Written 2 August 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Toffer4 contributionsVisited this busy pub on a Saturday afternoon (11th March 2023), with a delegation from CAMRA West Suffolk & Borders Branch. We found a friendly, warm, traditional pub and one of the oldest buildings in Haverhill. Three perfectly served cask ales on offer, in excellent condition. A proper old town pub, serving great ales, but apart from bar snacks, no food available.Written 15 March 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Magda11 contributionsGreat customer service. Guy on the counter (mark i think his name tag said) was so lovely and helping us save money on what we wanted (still a bloody scam but i rarely go to the cinema so it’s fine), way too many adverts before the film but overall a good experience:)Written 4 May 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
