This involved purchasing small quantities from the bar and then it being delivered to the table. Lovely staff, but other than the simple tasting notes already printed for you had no basic knowledge of the distillation process or the use of different botanicals in the gin or the type of wood used in the whiskey barrels, for example. - holden1956Adelaide, Australia467 contributionsIt is lovely quite a place to relax. Have a drink. Bite to eat. Now, have their Gin and Vodka range to try. Gardens are starting to look good. Grass is very green. Dog friendly. Not cheap. But nice and worth a visit. Support the locals. Very informative staff member Alan, exceptional knowledge and passion for the product and his job. Not pushy and very relaxing experience. Well worth my visit and a highlight of my trip.
