Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Went on this tour with a friend and my boyfriend, and had the best time. The tour guide Meryl was so knowledgeable and knew all the best places to show us. Everything from the catering down to the local insight was second to none. These locations are exclusive to see on the tour, and my people who had separately done the Carnarvon ranges said they don’t compare to the sights on tour. They run a super sustainable tour business and it’s something completely different and a good break from the hustle and bustle. It is the perfect mix between the history of the area and the natural scenery. Would 1000% recommend and do it again. We are in our twenties and it was great for all age groups.

We were with Aviation Tours doing a 7 day outback tour. Our last day was in Roma. We were fortunate enough to have Meryl as our driver and guide for the day. Her knowledge and passion for the area and Roma was exceptional and very genuine.
She also provided us with morning tea and a 'Picnic in the Park' Roma style lunch. All the food was delicious. We had an awesome day. Thank you Meryl.

Merryl and Anne did a great dinner. Next day explored the 72000 acre station where the running of station was explained looked at Aboriginal Art, scenery superb fabulous two days
