Very well organized. The train up was beautiful and fun. Once at top we enjoyed the free time. The gondola down through the rainforest was exhilarating! Definitely well worth the money!
It was super easy for us getting off the cruise ship, being picked up right there and back in a very timely manner. Would recommend it to anyone cruising!

We enjoyed the scenic views of the rainforest. We took about 1/2 hour bus ride to the sky tram and took that up to Kuranda. The views were spectacular. There were 2 stops to see the forest and a waterfall. You have time to Kuranda where you can pay to do other things or walk around and shop. We then took the railway back down. The ride through the forest was beautiful and they told us some history abojt the train and area. The trip was very organized, staff was great. It was a fun day!

Michael did a great job arranging this trip. He clearly communicated trip details after our booking. He picked us up from the cruise port right on time, made sure we gathered in the correct gondola board line, and informed us of the time for boarding our return train. In the late afternoon, Michael met us on the Kuranda Scenic Rail station rail platform at Freshstation and then drove us back to the port. We found Michael engaging, informative and with a great sense of humor. Both Cairns Custom Tours and the Kuranda/Skytrail gondola/rail excursion are well recommended.

Amazing views of the rain forest. I suffer from vertigo but felt safe on the cable car. Very informative bus transfer. The driver told us interesting things on route. The train ride was spectacular, again with lots of history about its origin.

We went on the Grand Kuranda tour which was a well organised tour.
We were picked up at the scheduled time and transported to the train station where we boarded the scenic railway up to Kuranda. On arrival it was a short walk to the butterfly sanctuary which my kids loved. We were picked up and transported to the rainforeststation park for a cultural experience followed by buffet lunch of which there was plenty of food. We were able to squeeze in a koala photo which was a highlight for our daughter. A wander through the animal park was lovely. We were then back on the bus to the skyway station for the trip back down. The views up on the train and down on the skyway were spectacular and the standout for the day.

Great place. Not huge but doesn't need to be. Hugged a koala and fed some roos! Lots of different animals to see so I'd recommend a visit.
Birds and butterflies also worth a visit. Combine it with the train ride if you have time.

The train ride goes past beautiful views of waterfalls and bushland. The train itself doesn't have aircon so it can get a little hot! Bring a fan! Lovely trip for the family, definitely recommend

Really really good - well planned, and informative. The coach driver was the right level of humour and professionalism. Train trip is a must and super scenic, as is the skytrain. Do this- do this - do this.

Was an amazing trip, definitely worth doing. The Barron falls was amazing to see from above and the reef was breathtaking.

My daughter enjoyed feeding and touching the animals in the park. The staffs are very knowledgeable about the animals as wells as the different type trees in rainforest. The butterfly world is also amazing.

The Train up to Kuranda (and make sure you go to the Heritage Market there, allow 2 hours there and have Lunch) was fantastic. Do Gold Class it makes for a really special Trip and a wonderful and relaxing and comfortable way to see the region and that amazing waterfall (2 of). We loved this way more than the Cable Cars back but doing both is the way to go, Train first.

Far North Queensland is beautiful. And the three day pass was good value.

The trip to the reef was amazing and the snorkelling was a definite highlight.

Cape Tribulation, Mossman Gorge and the Daintree - also highlights.

Kuranda was a total disappointment. The train up and cable car back was interesting, but Kuranda was tired and completely tourist-driven. My pass meant I had to spend 4 hours there. After the firat 30 min, there wasn't much to see or do.

Booked this 3 Day package because it seemed easier than doing 3 separate bookings. The GBR experience was wonderful. Even with the rough weather, we enjoyed our time out there. While we saw some beautiful sights and had an excellent lunch on the Daintree Tour, our small group tour exceeded the stated 14 people and the extra pick up and drop offs (as well as time needed to herd 21 people about) made for a less than perfect experience. The train/sky rail to and from Kuranda are breathtaking. However, many of the food purveyors and shops were closed because it was a Monday (?) not sure if this is normal for that time of year or a post-covid fall out.
