Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This trip was absolutely stunning. The reef was very much alive with a huge variety of coral and reef fish to see. The crew , Max and Brendon, was very knowledgable, explaining everything from coral growth to geological formations. They were helpful, friendly and easy going. They took photos which we can upload, guided us through the water and on the cay island.
The booking was easy and straight forward, the staff was friendly and efficient.
All up it was a great experience and I can highly recommend it
    Thank you team

Had a great tour with Kane. He is very passionate about the rainforest and his excitement draws you in. It was a big group which makes it hard sometimes to see what he's talking about but he did his best to include everyone

Rasa with Sacred Owl Tours was a great guide. Good communication, clean vehicle, and everything went off as planned - tour for salties on the river in a covered and solar powered boat (for salt water crocodiles - saw quite a few), delicious lunch at Daintree followed by a Welcome to County with a first Nations representative, 3 km walk in the rain forest, followed by a swim at Mossman Gorge, plus a few stops on the way back to Cairns to check out the views and spy a few wallabees. Rasa was very informative along the way about local floral, fauna, and all things Australia. It was a long day, but worth the time and $. I don't typically write reviews but highly recommend this tour.

When my mom and I booked this tour we were thinking it would be a nice simple trip tour package that hits the main attractions, since the tour package was extremely affordable. However, every day our tours exceeded our expectations! The hotel they chose for us was in a great location and was very nice. Everything went smoothly, we had no issues whatsoever. I am so happy se booked through this tour company! I would highly recommend them!!!

Billy Tea Safaris and Down Under Cruise & Dive were absolutely amazing!! My husband and I did the 3 day reef, rainforest, and outback tour, and really feel that it helped us make the most of our time in Cairns. Skipper Mike and Deck Supervisor Kiki aboard the Evolution were great hosts, and Skipper Mike even invited us into the bridge and gave us his tips about local places to stop on our way down the coast. Our guide for the outback and rainforest days was Gav. We cannot say enough amazing things about him. Incredibly knowledgeable about all things Australia, and such a great conversationalist. Beyond the nonstop learning, he also went above and beyond SEVERAL times on our tours by showing us hidden gem spots or asking if we wanted to do a little extra excursion. My husband and I wish we could just hire him to take us down the rest of the Australian coast for the rest of our honeymoon. Thanks a million to this team!

Steve our guide was bursting with enthusiasm and knowledge to share, making this one of the most fascinating, thought provoking and informative trips we have ever had.

We loved the zip lining, lunch, swim and cruise where we saw a saltwater crocodile.

Superb and well worth the money.

A very full day of adventuring throughout FNQ. The Mercedes bus was extremely comfortable, and our guide, Michelle, was knowledgeable and funny. The lunch was lovely, and our many stops were well planned. Definitely well worth the money! We would highly recommend to anyone who wants a great overview of crocs, indigenous lore, beaches and rainforests. Photos and memories to keep with us for a long time!

    It was amazing!
Communication with Rasa was super great! The ride was comfortable and Rasa gave us a lot of great info on the surrounding area. The rain forrest was interesting, swimming in mossman gorge was refreshing and Aboriginals provide us with a lot of cool info. When going back home, Rasa stopped in few great scenic spots and on a field filled with wollabies!
The lunch that was organised was super tasty.
Thank you Rasa for a great trip!

Best rainforest tour, went for a rainforest walk on private land, then to peaceful Thornton beach and great lunch in the rainforest. Allister went above and beyond to ensure the day was very special. Loved it!

Excellent Tour. Very well organised. the tour guides Carston & Steve. Both very informative. Steve was fun, safe with his driving. He was fun to be with & nothing too much trouble. The tour covered the rainforest. We got to stay in the rainforest. The hotel in Cooktown was very comfortable. Would recommend this tour. Ask for Steve & you will enjoy the tour.

Very little information beforehand. We expected more than 2 day trips and just 3 nights when it was proclaimed to be 4 say trip. Not that much rainforest walking included. River cruise was nice and the guides were cool. But 900 dollar per person is very expensive for 3 nights at a 3-star hotel and 2 one-day tours. Would not recommend unless you have the money for it.
