Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We had a fab guided tour by a knowledgeable wool broker who really knew has stuff. A bit of humour and some interesting facts. Highly recommend.

We dropped in here on our way through and could not believe how gorgeous this pool is.
Artesian water and a 50m pool made for a very soothing and relaxing swim before we continued on our drive south.
Great place to stop for an hour or overnight if you were around longer.
Very well presented and maintained pool and just $2 per person.
    YES $2.
We’re a long way from home but I will definitely drop in here when I am passing again.
    Perfect.

The staff at the little tourist information centre were very friendly and helpful.
They had plenty of information to make your visit enjoyable.

Worth a look at Australian history. Worth a sit under the tree. Sharing a yarn in the shade. Great bakery next door .

The original "black stump" was a petrified remnant of the dinosaur ages and was used by surveyors to establish a properly surveyed transit of the township. The one that's there to-day, abutting the State High School, is by a local sculptor, and the history of the Black Stump is explained in a large mural immediately behind it under cover. To the right of the black stump is a sign "Beyond the Black Stump" which is self-explanatory. The site is free and open all the time. That's another one ticked off the Bucket List!

The clock tower is named after a famous surveyor, but in the end, it is still only a clock tower. The clocks were accurate.
