Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- WoodgateFamilyBrisbane, Australia345 contributionsHeaps of parking at a lovely park. The first bit of the area is a lovely park with beautiful trees and grassy areas, picnic tables and BBQ, there is also The Pavilion, a beautiful building which houses a cafe. We took our own cup and bottle of water for tasting some of the spring water. Each spring has its own history plaque and break down of the mineral content. We tried them all (swished and spat) they are an acquired taste and would recommend taking a water bottle to rinse after each tasting ... having said that it was good fun. Four of the springs are in the park and then another 1.4km (one way) walk to the last spring. It was a nice bushwalk through gold mining country, the last spring was the most palatable.Written 9 May 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - TravellerMelbourne, Australia17,570 contributionsMy wife and I visited this place on a Wednesday off peak season during our recent 3 days holiday in Daylesford. There were very few people around during our walk around the scenic 1.7 km circuit track.
A new Visitor Centre and new toilets are currently being built near the car park area.
