What travellers are saying
- Rob TWindsor, UK141 contributionsYou can spend so long here wandering round the gardens looking at the various follies set out in the grounds. One thing to note, however, is that there is only one place to get refreshments, which is right at the entrance/exit - so you may want to bring your own food if you are planning to spend the day here.Written 24 February 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Martin EMilton Keynes, UK88 contributionsCafe was busy when we arrived on a weekday lunchtime and we had a to wait a couple of minutes for someone to come over and point us to a vacant table (it's a "Please wait to be seated" system)
Order was placed and drinks arrived a couple of minutes later quickly followed by the food we'd ordered.
The paninis were both good, very hot, well filled and tasty with a reasonable amount of salad. Fairly priced as well. Staff were all working hard, both behind the counter and front of house and they kept on top of both serving and clearing tables.
All in all a good effort and we wouldn't hesitate to return.Written 7 November 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Nice selection of books (more than the average charity shop, less than a "normal" 2nd hand bookshop) and well worth a look around the building as well.Written 8 July 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Such a pity these lines were ripped up but quite nice that they are turning them into lovely peaceful walks like this one.
Very enjoyable and free too.

- LaurenBrighton, UK93 contributionsA beautiful array of shops with an outlet type feel. There is even a Waitrose here too. It’s a beautiful little walk around and the shops span from restaurants to tea rooms and even dog grooming.
The restaurants here all seemed to have different themes too including other foreign type food at good prices.
Worth a look round if going on a short walk around the town.Written 6 February 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
