We found great results, but some are outside Amersham. Showing results in neighbouring cities.
Limit search to Amersham.
St Mary's Church
#1 of 4 Sights & Landmarks in Amersham
Full of history, views across London to die for, make sure to do the tour of Harrow School.
If you visit Old Amersham I recommend you arrive by train, then seek the footpath through the woods and walk down the hill with a most beautiful view of St Marys like a mother hen settled and surround by her chick...
Chiltern Open Air Museum Chalfont St. Giles 6.6 km away
#1 of 4 Sights & Landmarks in Chalfont St. Giles
Have just come home from a wonderful afternoon exploring the site - the children loved the 'big horses', sheep close enough to really see even though the size of the cows in the paddock were daunting to the littlest!
What is so charming about this place is that all the buildings have been removed from their original sites, in some cases brick by brick and lovingly and painstakingly reconstructed on this expansive open air site.
Chenies Manor Chenies 4.9 km away
#1 of 2 Sights & Landmarks in Chenies
Visited in April mainly to view the gardens as we live nearby.
Apparently the property is occasionally a filming site, and I was startled to recognize it from several episodes of Midsomer Murders.
Kew Little Pigs
#2 of 4 Sights & Landmarks in Amersham
Also not sure why some reviews say there are no loos on site - they're just located in the warehouse right behind the offices, literally 1 minute walk from the office/carpark.

Hughenden Manor High Wycombe 11.0 km away

We had a guided tour of the Manor and our guide was very knowledgeable as well as engaging and he was clearly passionate about the site and it’s history.
Make sure to walk up to the memorial, it offers great views across the countryside, and sights of wild birds!
1 Way to experience it
Berkhamsted Castle Berkhamsted, UK 10.1 km away
#2 of 6 Sights & Landmarks in Berkhamsted
The castle is in ruins but it's worth looking at especially from the top of the tower as you get a breathtaking view and can see the scale of the original castle.
I've walked all the way around the inner earthwork many times in my childhood, and climbed to the top of the Motte for lovely views across the grounds, which are a lovely place for a picnic in the summer.

And little Kingshill is a popular destination with Walkers and has some lovely sites and it's full of history with some lovely buildings to look at.
So many monuments are in church yards surrounded by graves, or are big dominant landmarks in town centres.

All my views and thoughts on Odds farm are positive, but this is someone who has an annual pass for all of us ( wife and 2 young girls) which means if I visit regularly it works out good value for money.
