We loved our visit here, and managed to hit most of the high spots: Frenchman Peak, Lucky Bay, Thistle Cove, and Hellfire Bay. Well worth spending a day here, but expect a lot of people doing the same, and parking lots can be quite filled.

Expect it to be very, very busy here, because it's a tourist hotspot. So many people taking selfies, flying drones, etc. But the sand is super white and water is so clear and turquoise, it's not hard to see why people love this place. Only go on a sunny day though.

Although the signs say that you need a 4WD to drive onto the beach, you can easily do it in a 2WD, because it is that firm and compact.

The scenery on this drive rivals the Great Ocean Road, VIC. Spectacular. The sand is white, water crystal clear and turquoise. I think I have found the best beaches I have ever seen.

The white sand and clear water here is amazing. It's also a very safe beach, unlike some others in the Esperance area. One real advantage of this each over many others is that it has toilets and showers. It's very popular though, so expect lots of other people here too.

I thought this site would be a bit touristy and tacky but the story behind it was quite interesting. Not really cheap to get in but as you enter the lady gives a talk on the building etc of Stonehenge and then you can go through and walk through the complete replica of the UK Stonehenge.
Worth a visit if you are in the area. It is on the way to Cape Le Grand NP.

All the beaches in the national park here are lovely, but this place has bigger waves than Lucky Bay, so if that's what you're looking for, you'll enjoy this more.

You can't drive your car on the beach here, but there's lots of parking, and toilets as well. It's only a short walk to the beach. Very busy though!

To see the orange rocks you really need to climb the rocks on the left of the beach, because the orange colour can best be viewed from the other side.

If you enjoy a bit of a challenge, this is definitely worthwhile. From start to finish took us about an hour, which included 30 min for the ascent, 15 min up top, and 15 min descent. Probably allow 90 minutes.

It's pretty steep though, so you need to be reasonably fit, and we saw a number of people really struggling. I wouldn't come here in wet conditions though - too slippery and dangerous.

Views from up top weren't that great when we visited (too hazy), but you can see the ocean. The huge cave near the top was also really neat to explore.

Best enjoyed on a sunny day for sure. This walk isn't smooth, because there are stairs in several places, and gravel and rocks with slope. But it's a wonderful walk, and the views are spectacular.

We also did the longer separate walk to Lovers Beach, which took about 30 minutes return. It's not well signed, but the beach is gorgeous, and we had the place to ourselves.

Interesting museum with lots of local artefacts. As child of 60s really enjoyed going back through memory lane especially in the shop display. Reasonable entry price! Thank you

Would have liked to see more photographs (maps and stories) of townsite transition from 1890s to current day - good photo display of these in the picture framer shop on Dempster St. Interesting video - would be helpful to know in advance how long this goes for as some of it more interesting to locals than visitors. Had to leave before it finished as unexpectedly allergies became intolerable due to very dusty environment (chemist nearby offered quick relief with antihistamine!)

We found this beach to be as pretty as Lucky Bay and Hellfire Bay, but it's just a lot quieter and less people. Maybe because there's less parking, there's no toilets, and a slightly longer walk to the beach.

We walked the length of the beach, and it was stunning, especially on a sunny day. Also great and safe for swimming.

Great to see individually crafted glass, Cindy and her staff were so friendly, informative and welcoming.
A real must for anyone who likes creative art or if you just want to see excellence--- thanks for a great couple of hours, we'll treasure our little bit of Esperance!

What a stunning beach! It's a bit more out of the way, but every bit as good as Twilight Beach.

The view from the car park is stunning. There's quite a set of steps to go down, but it's worthwhile.

Beautiful clear water for swimming, and well-protected. Loved walking along the rocks alongside the beach.
