However, the real delight was the Sparkling Cabernet Over three days we called into some 14 wineries and tasted a number of sparkling reds - Shiraz, Merlot & Pinot Noir.
The winery is beautiful with a garden and a small lake, you can enjoy a glass of wine while children can play with a lot of different staff and ducks.

Visiting the winery was a pleasant experience the staff friendly and genuine cellar bargains offered, worth a visit.

After a long drive on the GRO, we were looking forward to visiting a few SA wineries in Coonawarra, and Wynn’s was near the top of the list, having enjoyed a few bottles of this in NZ.
I prefer the smaller more boutique style wineries but was pleasantly surprised when I visited.

There are some very nice wineries in the Coonawarra region, but I would have to say this is one of my top 3.
We also got a bit of tour of the vineyards and see some really old vines and even a few cork trees.
