Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This is a true classic. The home is beautifully restored and maintained throughout. The story of the family and the construction of the home is all very interesting and the wealth generated by the family staggering.

The visit would be enhanced if an area in the cellar was opened and the rooftop terrace restored and accessible....I think it would add significantly to the overall experience.
It's a worthwhile site to visit.

We enjoyed our experience making our way through this maze, and its e=interesting to see how they have kept it growing despite some vandals attempting to destroy it .I thought at $36 for two it was pricy, but it was a good way to pass a couple of hours,

We have been to Mintaro Wines a couple of times and love our chats with Peter. We also love his wine. If you want the taste of German Riesling he is your man. Great bloke and great wine maker. The best Riesling in Australia.

This gift shop, at the intersection of the Clare and Farrell Flat/Burra roads in Mintaro, is a surprise. I dutifully accompanied my wife thinking another boring gift shop..boy was I surprised. From traditional giftware, they stock shoes and clothing mainly for women, but very different..prompting me to shout my wife a scarf and top! Now there was also some very useful bloke gifts which we have not seen elsewhere. I bought an old style wall mounted bottle opener. Coffee is also available for those wishing to linger.
