Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Excellent day touring the Barossa Valley. Maddy made our day an excellent adventure. Wines and food were amazing. Would do it again without hesitation.

We had a wonderful time with Tony who discussed what we wanted to do and he met all our requests. Driving through the Barossa in the convertible Mustang was so much fun. The wineries Tony selected were perfect and his recommendations for which wines and food to try suited us completely. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience and highly recommend this experience.

We had a great day on our Barossa Valley tour.
Jen was very personable, helpful and knowledgeable about the local area.
The wineries were great, and having flexibility in the afternoon allowed us to pick our favorite spots to visit.
Would definitely recommend to other groups.

My wife and I booked the Big Red Full Day Private Tour for our anniversary, and it was hands down the most intimate and personalised tour we’ve ever been on. Skip, our amazing driver, made the day truly unforgettable. From the moment we set off, Skip listened to our preferences and tailored the experience perfectly to our tastes. Not knowing exactly where we wanted to go was no issue—he expertly chose destinations that suited us, uncovering hidden gems along the way.

Rachel, Skip’s wife, was also a big part of making our experience special. She was so easy to deal with when we were booking the tour, making the entire process seamless. As an added bonus, we even got to visit a winery where Rachel worked, and her warmth and hospitality really made our day even more memorable.

We visited some incredible wineries, historical villages, and scenic spots that were beyond beautiful, all thanks to Skip’s deep knowledge of the area. His warm personality and attention to detail made us feel so comfortable and special throughout the entire tour. It genuinely felt like a bespoke adventure curated just for us.

This was without a doubt one of the best days we’ve ever had, and it made our anniversary celebration even more memorable, Skip even surprised us with a bottle of wine for our anniversary. If you’re looking for an exclusive, tailored experience through Barossa Valley, Skip and Rachel are the people to go with. Highly recommended we loved everything about this day and would not hesitate to book again.

We wanted a tour with a difference. Something that makes life-long memories for the family. Our day was tailored for our drinking preferences (wine, beer and gin) and needing to be family inclusive (cheese, chocolate, Ice-Cream). Tony was a wealth of local knowledge and took us to fabulous venues that we would have otherwise missed. Highly recommend for a day of great fun.

Good value well catered for travel experience around Barossa. I would suggest we were offered more wine than we paid for on the ticket. Guides at cellar doors (particularly the first- Underground), very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. A shared tour was a benefit as it will be wine lovers and you get to hear of their experiences about wine and Australia in general. Kirsty was a very accommodating guide on hand always planning how best to fulfil her guests needs. In the afternoon she took us to Henley Farm at our request and the other couple to another cellar door. Hentley farm was a premium door so extra cash on the door but worth it. Lunch was good but touristy as even large coaches catered for and wine info over lunch more one liner from waitress than an interactive talk.

Such a great, personalized experience. They asked for a brief survey to be completed ahead of time and really listened to our expectations. Matt is well known at the wineries and gives a lot of great information about the region between stops. We discovered two wineries we never would have found otherwise.

As I was the only attendee, Roger updated the day to my desired wineries. He has incredible knowledge of the area and is great company! I had one of the best days of my life out there. Highly recommend taking a tour with Roger

This was the best tour we did out of Adelaide. We did a total of 5 tours. I can't say enough about this tour. It has the best selection of things to stop at plus e-biking is an excellent way to see the Barossa Valley.

We had a wonderful part day wine tour with Sofia. In the planning stage Sofia was very communicative and made sure she understood what we were looking for. We didn’t want to do big wineries or extravagant food experiences, we were keen to spend time at small, family run places with a passion for making good wine. Sofia was a delightful, personable host and guide who was very informative about the region’s history and geographic features. We enjoyed her unassuming manner and flexibility with our program. We ended up cutting the number of wineries short so we could enjoy each place we went to properly. On Sofia’s recommendation, we had a nice lunch at the Greenock Hotel - a traditional Australian pub in a beautiful spot, with a good wine list (of course). Her prices are very reasonable and we highly recommend getting in touch with Sofia to organise a fun, interesting, comfortable and safe Barossa wine tour.

Excellent tour with the lovely Kirsty. Visited 3 amazing vineyards & gin tasting. No pressure when we took longer than expected as we were having such a great time, great local knowledge & fantastic experience. It really topped off our Australian holiday & we will be back! Highly recommended.

Skip was friendly and a great host. We didn't give him much information about our preferences, but the wineries he chose for us were perfect. Smaller out of the way wineries, each with some unique aspect. A great option if you are considering a Barossa Valley tour. Such fun to travel in Roger, the big Red london taxi.
