Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- Hannah PKingston-upon-Hull, UK67 contributionsA lot of construction work being done so didn’t get the best visibility of the place. However the food court was extremely messy, not cleaned or looked like it was being maintained. Not the best variety of shops eitherWritten 10 February 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- guy bMudgeeraba, Australia214 contributionsI have been attending this great Aquatic Centre since it opened some years ago....as a Swimming Technical Official . The cafe is the worst of any at the many venues throughout Australia,at which I officiate ....understaffed ,terrible slow service and very limited menu.In fairness ,their coffee is good . Really needs a shakeup to meet customer needs . The rest of the facility is well run and a great locationWritten 27 September 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Sallie VMount Nathan, Australia203 contributionsGreat little theatre tucked away in Southport. Saw a fantastic production 'Bye Bye Birdie' last week. Great cast, eye-popping set design and wonderfully choregraphed. Great to see venues like this embraced. Park in vacant block next door for $4. Download the easy park app before you go to make your life easier...it's a pink square with a lower case e on it. Enjoy the culture.Written 12 February 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- robmaizelsGold Coast, Australia203 contributionsMy beautiful wife and I visited this establishment just for another visit to the market place.
Stopped off for a coffee and just enjoyed checking the stores out.
Pleasant atmosphere, good food offer, reasonable retail tenant mix.
Worth a visit just for the food market place.
No dissapointments here.Written 12 May 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Hunter51Exeter, Australia137 contributionsA great shopping centre which is not getting too large like many others seem to be getting. It has most shops that you need for everyday shopping: W'worths, Coles, Aldi, Reject Shop, post office, newsagency, bakery, medical, cafes, fruit/vegie shop and plenty more. Plenty of outdoor covered parking. The centre never seems to be overcrowded and somewhere where you can take your time shopping or just having a coffee. It always seems to be clean and well maintained.
There are plenty of other shopping centres around Southport, including Australia Fair, Sundale, Ferry Road and others. Whilst each one has things going for each of them, Southport Park seems to be the one that I gravitate to due to its environment and has everything that I need without feeling it is too large or overcrowded or making you feel 'rushed'.Written 31 May 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
