Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- Great shop full of fantastic items. Most of all such friendly owners which makes you want to buy more. A must visit when in Eden or nearby.Written 12 December 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- These markets are held on the third Saturday of each month. There was a range of stalls- books, leather craft, jams and preserves, plants, veggies, other produce, a sausage sizzle and a range of crafts. We bought jam, birthday cards and a locally made kelp and chilli seasoning. Not all the stalls were in place due to the impact of the bushfires. It’s now safe to visit and the locals need support.Written 19 January 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - We were picked up at the cruise ship and given a lovely bus ride through the town that dropped us near Art on Imlay. We browsed the various local crafts and were impressed with the talent! We couldn't buy or carry all that we would have liked, but I did get several copies of beautiful eco-dyed notebooks by Pam Sykes. Check them out! I found them so fascinating. Be sure to take enough cash. They don't take credit cards.Written 12 January 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
