Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What a wonderful morning. We were picked up from our hotel and taken to quite a remote bay. The detail to safety and being comfortable in our surroundings was impressive. Once in the kayaks we travelled about a 1km and Neri pointed out birds and sea life. All the time Neri kept us informed of local wildlife and the environment. Her knowledge was exceptional. The snorkelling was great, swam with turtles and numerous amounts of fish. Saw a beautiful clam, all the time being checked we were comfortable and safe. We then went to a small bay in the mangroves and had a snack. Afterwards, travelled along the shoreline back to our launch point. Thank you Neri for a super time.

In a group of 4 for day trip kayaking and snorkeling on the reef a total of 72 photos none of myself and my kayaking partner very disappointing nothing to show family or friends of my day on the reef. What made it worse plenty of photos of the other kayaking couple

The weather played a factor as it was very choppy once at the island and snorkling was hard work but some lovely coral and fish seen but after 20mins we had enough. Others did go in second time. But we did see Humpbacks and a number of breaches on the way back. All the crew were great and looked after everyone. Shame about the weather

Great day. They even arranged a pod of orcas and some humpback whales with babies to show up. The orcas even killed a baby whale

    I booked the Advanced course.
5 Dives in 3 Days all very different.
The coral and marine life was amazing, exceeded all my expectations.
Whales, turtles, Manta rays, sea snakes, Wobigon, reef sharks and a bout any fish you can imagine, just awesome.
Mikey our instructor and Tiler the skipper, both were amazing, full of knowledge and information with plenty of humour and banter thrown in to top of the 2 days
    Had a ball guys
    Thankyou

Absolutely a 5-star operation. The crew was friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Their briefings on safety, process and information about the wildlife were first-rate. They provided snacks, lunch and tea/coffee, plus a glass of champagne as a reward at the end. Nicole and Evan, who led our snorkling adventures, were outstanding. The photographer, Caitlin Grace, was not only a great photographer but a wonderful guide and conversationalist.
All up, we had three turns with the whale shark as well as a practice snorkel at the reef beforehand. We were out in the open ocean past the reef, so there was a current, local chop and a big rolling swell, which made swimming more challenging, but the staff kept us calm and safe.
    Highly recommended.

My partner and I went on the Deluxe Mega Founa Humpback and Whaleshark Swim at Ningaloo Reef in late October 2024. It was a very choppy day and I was a bit worried about my swimming abilities but Lyn was so kind and caring and stayed with me until I was relaxed.
