Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Made the long drive from Perth totally worthwhile. Wonderful morning watching the creatures of Ningaloo Reef both from the boat, excellent boat skippering Caitlin, and in the water with mask and snorkel, all provided. An abundance of fish on the reef just like swimming in an aquarium, only 10 times better. Craig provided an insight into the area on our short trip from town to the boat in a air conditioned bus and is clearly passionate about the environment and his boat. Caitlin, a marine biologist makes science interesting and fun bringing an added dimension to a wonderful trip. Thanks guys for a once in a lifetime experience.

Excellent opportunity to view the reef from the submersible. We were incredibly close to the coral 'bommies' and saw a much more diverse reef than we had snorkeled at the cape range national park sites.
The snorkel spot we were taken to was really amazing.
All the family enjoyed it. Our 4 year old was able to use a mask for a bit and then loaned a body board with viewing window to complete the snorkel time with.
Really informative crew. We have learnt lots. Thank you!
    Strongly recommend.

Despite having to reschedule due to stormy weather on our original booking date, the team accommodated us on our back up day and what a day it was! We all had a great time although it was an exhausting day, especially for our 10 year old but she was happy to not participate in all the dives and just observed them later in the day. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful and clearly focussed on making it a fabulous experience for everyone. It's quite frenetic in parts as everyone is trying to sort their kit out and when the whale sharks are actually spotted and this can feel a little less than restful to begin with, but you get into the swing of it. We were lucky enough to see 6 whale sharks, a mantaray, some dolphins and a mother dugong with her calf. All in all a spectacular day. The tour pics and video are exceptional - so nice to have these included
