Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Beautiful clean beach, white sand, and crystal clear flat water to swimming. Also unusual for Australian beaches - nearby grass and shade. Good parking, toilet facilities and outdoor showers.

A good leisure walk from the entrance to the lighthouse itself. It's a bit pricey for a short guided tour of the lighthouse. It's a good experience for one to see the inside of a lighthouse

Our overseas visitors were very impressed with Geographe Bay and surrounds, they enjoyed the views from the jetty and train and later when I took them for a drive to various areas accessible to vehicles.

What a great find in this winery.
    Beautiful setting and dog friendly.
It’s quieter than other wineries but beautiful.
    The staff were lovely.
You can have a glass of wine and purchase a platter lovely local produce.
If you are wanting a quiet lovely location this is it.
    I would recommend.

Had a great time. Excellent beers, fantastic food and thoroughly enjoyed my bare feet on the nicely manicured laws outside in the sun. Bliss

Western Australia is known as the "Wildflower State". The Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park is in the extreme southwest of WA. The scenery is glorious, with rugged outcrops, wild bush, costal scenery, and wildflowers, especially in spring. It's 124 km (77 miles) between Cape Leeuwin and Cape Naturaliste. It's worth planning your route in advance, whether hiking or driving.

We discovered Mongrel Creek wines a few years ago on a bus tour. Since then we’ve been back every time we visit the region to stock up. The wine is lovely and affordable, and Larry the vintner is always great to talk to. A genuine small winery experience and a refreshing change from the bigger more commercialised wineries. We make a point of bringing visitors here because it’s such a genuine experience. Wonderful.

Great trail passing some beautiful little secluded beaches and just a beautiful view out along the coast. Probably a couple of kms there and back and well worth the walk

Have already reviewed the restaurant. This is for the cellar door which we visited after our wonderful lunch, Clarissa was super friendly and generous with the tastings. She was very easy going and we really enjoyed the interaction. We also enjoyed the wine, buying another SSBwhich had gone so well with our seafood lunch (and was a heck of a lot cheaper at cellar door too). One criticism of the restaurant - you expect a mark up on the wine but not up to double when it’s your own wine.

Very easy walk down from Cape Nat to Castle Rock. No matter what time of day you visit Castle Rock the views are amazing. Do yourself a favour and visit this amazing coastline.
