What travellers are saying
- TravelLadyBug22Ocean Grove, Australia161 contributionsAwesome park for endemic flora and fauna. The east side is paved and easy to access from Hopetoun. Most of the scenic areas are easy to find and ample bathrooms and bbq areas for comfort. The west side is corrugated road so be prepared to take longer to explore. We definitely enjoyed driving the northern roads (corrugated but don't need 4WD) to look for wildlife. We saw heath monitors, dragons, emus and more! Great way to see the whole park. No one at the entry points so it helps to listen to the podcast and stop to read the info signs.Written 3 March 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- PrathaDenmarkDenmark, Australia79 contributionsA very unusual museum with exhibits from the 1800 to the 1950s. Some of the exhibits brought back pangs of nostalgia. Interesting and unusual.Written 13 March 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- PrathaDenmarkDenmark, Australia79 contributionsA brilliant experience even though theSouthern Ocean showed us that it could be fierce. Staff extremely helpful and the Marine Biologists were extremely knowledgeable and fun.Written 12 March 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Craig DPerth, Australia330 contributionsWe drove to Point Ann on a sunny Sunday afternoon and had lunch in the main shelter overlooking the bay. The gravel roads were ordinary. Corrugations were bad. Glad we were in a 4WD. However, the amenities, walk trail, BBQ facilities, camp site and so forth were absolutely brilliant. It is a long drive from Bremer Bay (140km round trip) but worth the visit!Written 2 March 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- STUMandurah, Australia276 contributionsWe went here on an extremely windy stormy day and it looked amazing watching the storm roll in. Great view of the beaches below. Don’t need a 4wd to access. Well worth the lookWritten 22 September 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Shaba821Sittingbourne, UK57 contributionsUnfortunately the road in the National Park is in a very bad state. Dreadful corrugations and almost undriveable in places. This certainly spoilt our enjoyment. However, the trail from the car parking area is well marked and easy to follow. We did not manage to climb to the top. The track gets quite steep with loose rocks. It was also very windy and we decided against going on but enjoyed the views over the park.Written 13 March 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- limeclawPerth, Australia2,162 contributionsGreat beach for surfing, enjoying a beach walk or enjoying the ocean view sitting on the soft white sand. I did not feel confident swimming here, however the water was a beautiful clear blue colour which looks amazing in photo'sWritten 11 January 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Wendy PMandurah, Australia153 contributionsBeautiful lookout with great views, easily accessible and worth visiting. Views are spectacular and so much to see from this vantage point.Written 14 January 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- caddyandbellAPerth, Australia3,672 contributionsOn arriving in Bremer Bay and setting up the van, this was our first port of call as the road is right next to the caravan park.Unsealed gravel road that leads to viewing points of all the bays and beaches around that point.A couple looked like great fishing spots but little if no access to most of the beaches.Still a worth while drive to have a look in Bremer BayWritten 2 November 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- MacAttack720Perth, Australia776 contributionsSeamed to be more protected from the direct weather than most others...easy access and parking. Beautiful clear water.Written 8 April 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Bethany CPerth, Australia5 contributionsThe crew and boat are amazing! Everyone on board has so much knowledge and is the most welcoming I’ve ever seen a boat crew be before! They make the experience 100X better with all the knowledge, education and interactions. It was amazing to be on board with a crew who are so passionate about the whales and go above and beyond to make sure everyone has a wicked day!
Thanks heaps guys!!Written 2 April 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Craig DPerth, Australia330 contributionsTake the dusty unsealed drive to Tom and Astrid’s home, lake, icecream shop and mini-golf and you will not be disappointed. We go every year on the March long weekend and play a rather competitive round of mini golf on their challenging but fun course. Before taking your final putt, check for any frogs in the holes. You may need to keep the flag cups in place so these guys don’t get sconned by your golf ball. Finish your round by celebrating with a frozen fruit mixed ice cream or a massive banana split! Awesome job Tom and Astrid!Written 26 March 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- TravelLadyBug22Ocean Grove, Australia161 contributionsAwesome dive shop! Great place for shore diving. The shop and gear is well maintained by Craig and Anne. The leafy sea dragons do not disappoint! Anne also crafts sea dragon souvenirs. Dive with Leafy's and get a matching T-shirt.Written 3 March 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- margaret lElizabeth, Australia320 contributionsHad a wide range of products and most of them were reasonably priced, staff were friendly and helpful.Written 6 March 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Hayley SPerth, Western Australia, Australia102 contributionsExactly what you’d expect from a small winery in the great southern. The ploughmans nip is popular for a reason! Relaxed and quiet setting for a tasting. Service and knowledge of the cellar door staff is exceptional. A definite visit when you’re in Bremer BayWritten 25 January 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
