We were pleasantly surprised and would definitely recommend check out this park!
At the end of the park, which is nice, there is a trail that leads up to a rather impressive water fall.

The park you go to in order to get to Eagles Cliff Falls is closed for the winter but it is only a short walk on the paved road to get to Eagle Cliff Falls.
The Park/Campgrounds is very small and you can pretty much see the whole park (minus the waterfalls trail), from anywhere you stand.

First, there is a great, big park right across the street right on Lake Seneca that is perfect for strolling and dog walking.
This is a delightful park on the south end of Seneca Lake in Watkins Glen.
