Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- Megan M1 contributionThe handle a raptor experience was amazing! And the walk around to check out all the different birds was a very cool experience that I will definitely do again someday!Written 5 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Tina H1 contributionWe were a group of close friends and young adult children. Everyone had fun. Don't let the word "AXE" scare you away! The staff will explain everything! Molly and her Axe Masters are very helpful. Highly recommend.Written 12 November 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - jan fMadison, WI7 contributionsWe took our Grandsons here. Over half the store is a play area. There is no pressure to buy however you can leave a donation. The merchandise was really nice, wooden trains and books. They even sell a few snacks if the kids are hungry. I would definitely add it when visiting St Louis. Very close to the Magic House.Written 28 November 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- jasontraci2006Las Vegas, NV273 contributionsWe stopped in to bowl. 5 people I think the total was $85 which is crazy for two games. Place under staffed couldn't order anything.Written 5 March 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- CrstblSaint Louis, MO8 contributionsCOOKS DON'T WEAR MASKS CORRECTLY ... Visited 7/9/20 - Went for lunch. You'll need a mask to enter as they have a mandatory mask requirement to enter. Watched 2 cooks preparing food - mask on but pulled below their nose & mouth. Not cool at. - Ashley KCambridge, UK19 contributionsI literally could not find this place. The GPS directions will take you to a parking lot. There are no signs and no further directions than look for the sandbar. Owner is extremely rude. I’d look elsewhere to rent a paddleboard such as the boathouse at forest park. They have a nice, friendly staff and signs leading you to where you need to go.Written 21 August 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
