I absolutely loved coming here. The parking was easy to find. Once we parked, there was an air conditioned shuttle to take you to the entrance and take you back towards your car afterwards. Let me say, I absolutely loved that and the shuttle lady! She was so nice! We bought advanced tickets so getting in was super fast and easy. The grounds are stunning and well-kept even though all the flowers hadn’t bloomed yet. The Japanese garden was stunning and picturesque. We took many photos over there lol. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and would come back if I’m ever in town again.

This zoo is as good as any other zoo I’ve been to and admission is FREE! There are lots of extras that you can pay for, but you can also enjoy the animals and pretty sights for free!

Such a fun surprise. We've never experienced anything quite like this. The kids were entertained for hours. There were staff everywhere and they were friendly, especially the guy working the ferris wheel. On a cool day, we would have stayed twice as long as we did today but 95+ degree weather had up worn slap out!

We drove straight to the arch upon arrival in St Louis and parked in a nearby preferred garage. Entrance to visitors center is on the west side of the arch structure.
We went through security which took about ten minutes on a Sunday afternoon. We had a nine year old with us who had studied Missouri history in school so we all really enjoyed the museum and all the exhibits.
We had purchased tram tickets to the top of the arch online and scanned through shortly before our appointed time. We were assigned a tram car which was for just our party of three although it had seats for five. While we waited we were given an orientation by a helpful guide and looked at information about the arch in the waiting area.
The trams take four minutes to go up and three to get down. We had ten minutes at the top to look out the windows and take pictures. Really fun.
After visiting the gift shop we went outside to see and touch the outside of the arch and walked down to the edge of the Mississippi River. A great excursion and fun way to start our St Louis adventure.

We have visited Cathedrals all over the world but this one rivals many of them. The mosaics were amazing! The colors are bright and vivid. It is a rare jewel that I recommend everyone to go see it.

This is a great, well-curated collection with a bit of everything. Sure, there are *larger* art museums like the Met, but the pieces in this somewhat-smaller collection are well-chosen and well-displayed, with good information presented. Take your time and I bet you will find something you really like that you didn't expect to find. Staff were very helpful and polite to us. And you cannot beat the admission price--free! Take time to enjoy the lovely plantings out front, too, as well as the gorgeous view down the hill and over the park.

The game was great but I was really impressed with how friendly the employees were at the gate, at our section and the food vendors.

This is a huge city park with lots of beautiful trails for walking/running/cycling. Beautiful vistas await! And several museums and attractions on the grounds as well!

We went on a short vacation with our adult kids and grandkids (ages 2.5, 1, and 7 months) and this was the BEST part of our trip. The littles LOVED every bit of it. It was very hands on and was so well done. If we lived in St. Louis, we would definitely buy a membership.

Parking is $15; we were lucky to find street parking within a block.
We stuck to the free exhibits, but the IMAX, planetarium, and hockey exhibits looked fun.

Most of the exhibits we saw worked, despite hundreds of beatings daily.
My college Junior physics-major Daughter enjoyed checking everything out.
    Plenty for little kids, too.

    Gift shop is robust.
    Didn't try concessions.

After entering we did not see much at first. An Elk by the pond with a younger Elk. Then as we drove on we saw a group of Bison farther along. Maybe a dozen or so & a Mom with a baby. We missed our turn on Elk Hollow so had to circle around. When we came back around the Bison had moved farther into the wooded area. So glad we saw them prior. Then we took Elk Hollow & saw many different sized Elks. After leaving we could not exit as a tree had fallen across the road. Had to turn around & find our way out from a different way. It’s worth a ride through. Took about 20 mins. You can circle around as many times as you want though. There is a donations box at the entrance. Make sure to donate.

We spent a few hours here, there is LOTS to read! The exhibit about music in St Louis was our favorite part of the museum. We were really impressed with all of the attractions in St Louis that don't cost anything! It's not possible to be bored in this city if you've never been here! The employees we encountered were all friendly. Another neat place!

Hadn't been here in several years and visited last sunday on Father's Day - what a treat! Not only were dads free on Fathers Day, but there was also a car show going on that my husband really enjoyed, and the improvements to the museum, including their visitors center and paved paths make it so much more of a world class destination! Anyone who loves history and learning about the past will love this museum. It is awe inspiring being next to the big old locomotives like the Big Boy and the 1522; we had a great visit and hope to be back soon when our granddaughter is a little older. Kids will enjoy the miniature train and the fun areas they have especially for them. It is a great way to spend the afternoon. Several air conditioned buildings are a good respite from the summer heat.

Great photo opportunity outside the Courthouse. You also get a fantastic view from the Top of the Gateway Arch. Can't miss it!
