What travellers are saying
- Mike O'R5 contributionsA boating paradise that is under-rated by too many boaties. If you take care, this lake will reward you with some excellent visits around its shores.Written 29 January 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- cegoslingAdelaide, Australia78 contributionsThis museum is perfectly laid out with retired cars outfitted to reflect the era. There is a tea/dining car, accident car, a car dedicated to crafts and home made delights, access to the drivers engine, and a separate shed with model rail, and examples of engines and passenger cars. The museum is free and crafts/home bakes reasonably priced. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit.Written 21 January 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- EndlessTravelsGreater Melbourne, Australia35,314 contributionswas staying in victor harbour with wife and decided to go for a drive. too be honest I only came to milang to check out the lake. what a delightful town it is. love all the old buildings. a must seeWritten 8 May 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Roger RStansbury, Australia36 contributionsThe Milang Jetty is an easy and safe walk out to the end, while at the end look at the hand operated crane from the 1800'sWritten 30 January 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Christopher Web... PMilang, Australia22 contributionsWe decided to down tools and eat lunch out. Opted for Artisans at Heart, Milang. Absolutely lovely meal. Smoothies (something I rarely drink) were fruit full & pleasant. The Pulled Pork Roll (mildly falvoured) was very crunchy in it's crusty bread roll. Salad with both meals was crisp & fresh. My Morocco in a Bowl was a taste of the exotic that will certainly bring us back again.
We enjoyed the break from work & returned refreshed. What more do you need when you have to work on a Sunday? Artisans is open Thursday - Sunday inclusive at the moment. If you plan a trip to Milang there is now a further great place for a meal. Not licenced.Written 26 January 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
