We loved the vintage car museum! The gardens were lovely and peaceful The golf cart transports were frequent and the drivers were wonderfully upbeat and fun. Lily's Cafe was a little underwhelming and a bit unkempt but the sandwich I had was great. Would definitely come back again!

If you love nature, you will enjoy a walk from the hotel to the Boardwalk. There is adequate car parking and a handicapped parking area: all are inviting.

It is a very nice drive to the Cape with many opportunities to stop at small towns along the way. The speed limit changes often so watch for that. And know that this is a drive to take your time on.

Loved the scenic views from the Visitors Center. I learned so much from the visuals. I stayed a long time just to get a feel for Cape Cod and its wonderful history.

This historic home is the oldest house on the Cape and one of the oldest in New England. Tour was very interesting for adults, teens and kids. Second floor does not appear to be accessible, but the entrance and first floor is. Grounds are pretty and right near Sandwich center. Definitely worth the trip!

This was our first trip camping in three years (wedding prep, knee surgery and moving delayed our escape) and it was a great place to travel too.

The campground was very clean. We had minimal contact with the staff but of those we did they were very helpful.

What I would have liked: Shade with out mosquitoes.

What I like most: close proximity to the beach, watching the ships go through the canal, being close to a town but not too close, hearing the coast guard taps from across the canal, being on the cape without being on the cape.

My party was split on this one. If you like rocky beaches, then this is for you! I normally don’t wear sneakers to the beach, but it was nice to walk along and look at the dunes, waves, and pebbles. If you do not like rocky beaches, maybe try a different beach. I would like to go back and walk more of the dune trails.

This is a quick stop but well worth it. Very picturesque! Enjoy! Met a fisherman there who was actually fishing for bass.

We had a lovely visit. The collection of Thornton Burgess information and items were interesting to the whole family. The trails through the briar patch, wildflower garden and to the smiling pool were easy and beautiful. We even saw a rabbit in the briar patch!

The real deal! True cape cod artisan. Beautiful work, not over priced tourist trap. Call ahead to find out blowing schedule.

Michael Magyar’s Glass blown pieces are simply beautiful and very Cape Cod. He produces some terrific pieces including goblets and vases that are perfect for weddings and treats for yourself.

I have given quite a few pairs as wedding gifts and for a smaller token (app $20.00) he has these great glass stars that look lovely in front of a window. I have given these to guests as a Cape souvenir.

There are plenty of items to choose from and they’ll engrave them right on the spot.

It's January, so our New Year's Day traditional hike was done without other walkers, and the state forest was welcoming in an austere winter way. We parked near the recycling shed and walked the Nature Trail Loop, which provides laminated maps to point out plants, trees, and game trails encountered on the trail. It's an easy walk through the woods, although busy Route 6 is close enough that you can hear the sound of fast-moving cars not far away as you make your way through a pristine woods surrounded by nature.

This is a fun place to take the kids. There are thousands of fish (all trout I think) that you can feed and watch the water boil. The fish vary in size depending on what tank you're looking in. Its a good mellow place to kill an hour with the family.

No place sticks around for over 100 years unless it's good. This family farm on the edge of Sandwich Village is the real deal. Want corn freshly picked right out of the field? Yup. Apples grown here on their own trees.? Yup. Flowers and lots more to love. Fair prices, too. Why go anywhere else?
