The zoo is just the perfect size for young and old, plenty of exhibits to keep a short attention spans busy, plenty of shade and park benches to rest at.
It is within the park so take a picnic and enjoy the afternoon and visit the animals.

Well used by families in a lovely rolling park setting with oaks and water activities - paddle boats and kayaks.

In the meantime, we visited some of the shops on the park perimeter and fell in love with the cookie shop, and loved looking at all of the candies and watching the movie at the candy shop!
