He did with a smile on his face, during the holding the croc he was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had. The whole experience at Congo river was second to none from playing mini golf, to playing basketball to feeding and holding the crocs. It was 100% worth the money. We stopped for lunch at Graffiti Junction halfway through. - YveFromDublinIreland1,704 contributionsWe already had an online Disney account created but still had many questions before buying online tickets so it was wonderful to speak in person to Donna who knew the answer to our many questions and who sold Disney tickets.
We bought two “3 day hopper” tickets for US$1,209, the Disney website price was US$1,239, so it was slightly discounted by US$30, this is a private company licensed to sell Disney tickets. This is an extremely busy period with some days sold out, hence the high price.
Donna assisted us on putting the tickets on the Disney App and gave lots of advice on how best to visit the parks. It being the last week of the year, Donna said to visit Magic Kingdom asap as it gets very busy as we get closer to the weekend along with many other tips.
I observed Donna dealing with other customers and her kind, helpful and knowledgeable nature shone through. Donna also sells Seaworld, Busch Gardens from US$89 and NBA tickets from US$20 which were all great value in comparison to Disney prices at this time of the year.

Alayna made our DisneyWorld experience something my girls and I will never forget. Her knowledge, effort and attention to detail were amazing. Without Alayna we would not have gotten to see and experience half of what we did at DisneyWorld. Alayna’s service was especially valuable to my girls and I with having a disability and it taking us abit longer to get around, Alayna knew all the short cuts and best way to plan our day around the Parks. - Greg B2 contributionsExtremely frustrating. They were a no show. We left the beach early to make this Murder Mystery appointment. Spent tons of money on parking and tolls. Totally WASTED an evening in Orlando...only here for 3 days, so ruined 1/3 of our trip.
WARNING.....DO NOT GIVE A CREDIT CARD!! GET A PHONE NUMBER FOR CONTACT. They only work through a chatbot in their help section.
