Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I cannot say enough about this place. I love that it's local to me and I always look forward to seeing other familiar faces from around the neighborhood. From the moment you walk in, the trainer(s) are there to welcome you with a smile. As for the workouts, each day is different, but the quality of the instruction and guidance for any given exercise are consistent. First and foremost, they care about your form and want to make sure you're doing the task the correct way. No yelling or making you feel embarrassed if you aren't able to do something. If you can't do any particular exercise do to an injury or lack of mobility, they will work with you and find an alternative that suits you. Group sessions typically last about an hour and begin and end with some warm-up / warm-down stretching / movement. Workouts are written on a white board and generally cover the whole gamut. From Kettlebell, dumbbell and barbell exercise's to pull-ups, push-ups, sled pushes / pulls and calisthenics. You're gonna get an amazing workout! Nothing else like it around. I personally have seen a change in my body composition and am much stronger and more mobile. Honestly, I don't always want to go, but I know once I get there and experience what feels like punishment sometimes, I leave and can start or end my day with a huge sense of accomplishment.

The studio is legendary. Los Angeles is the home of many incredible yoga studios but this one takes the top prize. Incredible teachers… Diverse type of classes. They have me for life

FYI - Per Jean Franzblau, Cuddle Sanctuary founder, a requirement to apply for the Professional Cuddler Certification under the partial scholarship offered on cuddlesanctuary.com, you need to become employed in the same field after you receive certification. If you are looking to seek employment in the future or down the road this is not acceptable. This is helpful information for anyone applying for the partial scholarships through Cuddle Sanctuary. Best of wishes for 2023!!

Theres a video on the internet, shows a boxing ring.....and has your name in it. Figured if you're gonna shoot a video like that..you should probably EDIT your name out of the background.
Not to sure I'd go here for boxing lessons, after I saw what took place on the matt
