What travellers are saying
- Brian M27 contributionsGreat selection. Very friendly and helpful staff. Can play games, they have non-alcoholic beverages, can be inside or outside, and can watch sports. Can it get any better?!!Written 24 June 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Troublemaker72Sherman Oaks, Ca52 contributionsThis place is great for sitting back and enjoying a cigar in a room that has an "Old Havana" feel.
You have to be a member to come in, however, they have one-day passes that you can buy.Written 26 March 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - GlobalTravelerExpatLos Angeles, CA14 contributionsI between the largest selection of cigars I’ve ever seen in Southern California and the incredibly knowledgeable Tobacconists. They have two separate sides. One side is retail and public and the other side is private and member-based. It truly does remind me of a New York style cigar shop. They don’t sell cigarettes, Vape basically anything other than pipe tobacco and Cigars.Written 19 October 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

Great humidor selection, comfortable and snazzy lounge. Staff are knowledgable with a non pushy attitude. Hang out with friends , come alone but everyone is friendly.
Does not serve alcohol or allow alcohol on the premises.it's a cigar spot, not a bar.Written 16 April 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Burbank_DinoBurbank, CA18 contributionsI have been smoking Cigars for more the 30 years and have been to far to many "Cigar Lounges and Shops". I would be remiss if I said all were the same. I would also a liar. We have all found that really great spot, the lounge that fits "US" like a glove.
Well this one is mine... The people running the shops were not to busy socializing with the friends and regulars, and they really do care to give you proper attention. I walked in to this place for the first time on a Friday afternoon and the people there were very polite, NOT overly enthusiastic to sell you what ever the vendors are pushing, but rather spoke to me like I was a friend. I was impressed right away when I said I was celebrating and was looking to treat myself. NO Suggesting this or that. I picked my Inch by E.P. Carrillo and 1875 by R&J, then I saw some cigars on a table (My Fathers Cigar) and casually asked how they were. He took a minute to see what I had already picked then proceeded to explain, well not as spicy as the inch, and just as smooth as the 1875 but a hair tastier.
I am smoking the My Fathers Cigar, right now and it is exactly as expected, he had explained the cigar in terms that any cigar smoker could understand. Not the usual Aficionado lingo that like all "standard measures" that truly differ person to person just as the flavor of clove, anise or some other spice will be to other readers.. A personal preference.
Now if you made it this far, this is what you were looking for.
Selection: Exceptionally Variety, deep and broad
Price: Very reasonable we all know what cigars cost + or - $1.00 per stick
Knowledge: Again very good
Location: Quite, in the evenings, busy and traffic noise during the day
Friendliness: Again very good
I hope you enjoyed the read and get a chance to find out for yourself.Written 21 November 2015This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - TheRealLifeMannequinLos Angeles, CA366 contributionsI wish I could rate this place with 0 stars! When I walked in with 2 of my friends the host, Yuriy said “I can sit you guys only if you tip us good” as people of color I understand there is potentially a rumor and stigma about black patrons leaving tips, but it was uncalled for and completely harrowing as they had ample capacity. We left without being served!
Side note, when we expressed our concerns about his discriminatory nature, he cried that he was from Ukraine insinuating that he could not be racist or have bigoted thoughts.
As a person of color who has had diverse experiences across the world, I feel an obligation to be honest about how I personally felt and how my treatment at this establishment landed.Written 14 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
