Only downside I found was that a tour of a cigar factory was tacked onto the end of an already very long day. - Frank IInverness, FL18 contributionsI booked Eric tours for a snorkel and beach excursion. Unfortunately, due to a bad weather the tour had to be canceled. Nevertheless, I’d like to give them 5 stars for a great communication experience. Starting from the initial contact and all the way through the day of the cancelled tour I was kept informed and updated. All my questions were answered promptly. Miguel and Jose were both engaging and knowledgeable guides. We then stopped at a neat little handcrafted artisans store about 5 minutes away (by bus) which was very enjoyable. We knew we were in good hands with our Runners tour guide Pedro and driver Alejandro who deftly navigated traffic to and from Amber Cove. We got to get in the ocean drink and eat. They even had a slide on the boat that you can slide down into the water. The crew was amazing everyone had fun it was a great experience. - Roxana V1 contributionMy boyfriend and I had the best time on this tour during our cruise stop in the Dominican Republic! The instructions were clear, and when we arrived at the pier, the staff was right there to greet us—super easy and stress-free.
The boat ride was so much fun, with amazing views of the coastline, and Sosua beach was just perfect for relaxing. Amanda, Jose, and the whole crew were awesome—so friendly and made everything feel special. Plus, there were plenty of drinks to keep us refreshed and enjoying the Caribbean vibes all day long!
It was the perfect birthday surprise for my boyfriend—we snorkeled, soaked up the sun, and had an unforgettable time.
