Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We rented a car to visit the monasteries - the kind lady running the shop was very helpful and explained everything to us, and even threw in a baby car seat for free. Good experience through and through - reasonable price, good service, no hidden costs. Very nice family business.

My car left me on my way to Lefkada, and I went to Meteora Car Rental and they help me a lot! Very kind with costumers, and I felt they really try to help you, because when I looked on the website, I saw it was mentioned the limit of 100KM per day, but in discussion, they permitted me to make my way to Lefkada and back and more. Also, I did liked the attitude when I returned the car - a simple ceck of the integrity of the car, no extra charges. I felt myself absolutely free using the CityGo Skoda rental Car, a very economical car by the way, was surprised by it's fuel consumption. Thank you for your HONEST service!

We cannot rate our experience today higher than the exceptional service provided today by Vasilis & team.

They made our 1/2 day tour fun, informative & safe.

Vasilis & his wife are clearly passionate about their life work & getting people to cycle rather than bus or drive up the mountain. I was a little apprehensive before setting off, as the mountain roads are steep. This quickly disapated as our lovely guide (also called Vasilis), made regular stops to tell us more about the history of the monastic settlements & check we were all ok.

The monasteries & nunneries are very special places, but for me today was also very much about the journey, thank you for making it possible.

Even the fab granola snacks they brought for us as snacks were delicious.

Thoroughly recommend the trip, don’t take your car/bus, cycle up, you will enjoy it far more.
