Good pick up and drop off at hotel. Guide was fluent in English and Spanish. There were several walks at the National Park to view the glacier. The sound of the ice cracking and falling into the water showed what is happening to our climate.

The company was professional and protective of their clients. UNfortunately, there will always be one or two CLIENTS who won't follow the rules endangering themselves because of their stupid actions. A couple did everything they were told not to do and eventually tipped over in the ice cold water. The rescue boat is a zodiac with a motor and had them out within 2 minutes. This famous glacier calves almost EVERY DAY MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY breaking off icebergs that can be the size of multi-story buildings. On top of that, the infamous Patagonia winds could kick up to 30 knots per hr. Imagine that pushing you towards the glacier and you don't have any experience paddling? I've been kayaking for decades and this was a great albeit short paddle. They provide everything you need: fantastic boats, paddles, dry suit and thermal underwear, boots. They even take many many pictures on their GoPros which are shared for free because NO cell phones are allowed. If you're taking selfies, you're not paying attention. What's so ridiculous was that the guy who tipped over actually thought he was "cool" that he did so! Take it from an experienced paddler: people who swim because of stupid actions are not respected nor are they cool. Don't be that person. Just go out there, paddle safely and have a great time. RESPECT YOUR GUIDES

This trip was awesome!!!! After not being able to kayak at the glacier Because it sold out, I thought well… I guess I’ll try this. It FAR exceeded my expectations!! Ruben was so wonderful at guiding down the river and it is so relaxing and fun and BEAUTIFUL! It is a totally different scenery then the glacier and after doing it I am so happy I didn’t kayak at the glacier and did this instead. Ruben takes a ton of pictures. At the end, you stop on a beautiful ranch and food is being cooked for you and you have unlimited wine. Seriously great adventure. Would recommend!!!
