A nice excursion forty minutes north of Buenos Aires. I had a good time. The leader was knowledgeable and personable. Would recommend.

Great tour guide. Boat was the big ferry type. Hoped to be going on smaller one. However, still could be outside and see much of the river sites.

We had a great afternoon on the Tigre Delta with Enrique. All his communications were clear and informative as to pick-up time, location and expectations. There were no other guests on the tour the day we enjoyed it, so our semi-private tour ended up being a private tour. Enrique provided useful commentary on the sights we passed during the drive from Buenos Aires to the Tigre Delta and information regarding the history and development of the city. In Tigre, his boat is docked at a nice marina with facilities. It was very easy to get in and out of the boat for older guests.

It was a hot day and Enrique did a good job of going fast in open areas to provide cooling and more slowly in remote areas where we could really enjoy the wildlife and the culture of the people living on the river. The Tigre Delta is a fascinating wetlands and was a great counterpoint to several days of touring in Buenos Aires. Enrique is delightful and was a joy to spend time with. We recommend his tour highly and without reservation.

We took this morning tour in a comfortable and well maintained mini-bus that picked us up at our hotel and dropped us off at port. Our guide was Martin. Very knowledgeable of the history and the city. You can feel that he loves guiding. We took the boat and had an excellent view of the city, very beautiful indeed. Next, we sailed around Tigre islands and took the minibus-bus again to San Isidro which is a historic neighborhood in the north area. We really learned a lot and enjoyed the tour.

    Great job guys!

We had a very enjoyable river tour around a unique neighborhood where the rivers are the roads. We learned about this neighborhood and its many islands, and found the area fascinating.

Daria, our private guide was awesome. Picked us up at our hotel for the drive to Tigre. Boat for the river tour was clean and spacious. 1.5 hours on the Parana and Sarmiento rivers as part of the Rio de la plata delta. Lots to see very enjoyable. Had one hour after the cruise to explore the Mercado Frutos. Back to the city where we stopped at the two main soccer stadiums for a look and had lunch and a wine tasting included. Awesome 5.5 hours.

Covered a lot of territory. The guide was informative and we were treated to some local food for lunch. Plenty of time to walk around and see some of the local artisans. Boat tour, although recorded in five languages, also informative and gave a good overview.

We had such a great day with Fernando. It was so interesting going through the Delta and learning about how the local people live. It was totally fascinating. Fernando gave us great choices for lunch and we chose an awesome place with pizza and salads. It was so perfect. Fernando was such an amazing tour guide. My husband and I would totally recommend him for anyone wanting to explore this part of Buenos Aires. It was so good to get out of the city. I’m so glad that we did this activity!!

We all really enjoyed the river boat ride of the tour. It was very enjoyable & a smooth ride. We could have done with less time at the stops getting there. Our guide Diego was very informative & always explained everything clearly. We knew where we were to be when.
Would have been nice to have some water bottles waiting for us in the tour coach when we returned from the boat tour.

An excellent activity to do in Buenos Aires. We had a great time and enjoyed every moment sailing on the river and drinking an exquisite wine. I would recommend it without hesitation.

I’ve been on many group tours all over the world and, while organized, they can feel can be inflexible, rushed and on tight timelines. This was my first private tour and it was so much more casual and at our pace - we could spend less time where we were less interested and more time where we were more interested. Dario grew up in Buenos Aires, was super knowledgeable, funny, spoke GREAT English and it felt like we spent the day with a friend. He knew the photo spots and took pictures of us. Will do Private Tours from now on.

Ray led the trip - there were three of us. We had a great time. The ride really gets you out of the city, into the northern barrios (neighbourhoods) and beyond - places like San Fernando, San Isidro and Tigre. We made some stops and learned about mate drinking amongst other things. We took a ride on the delta which was lovely, as was the assado bbq. Apart from the adventure itself, this was also a nice way to make connections as well as get to know Ray, who knows the city and the local customs very well. He is a good cyclist with a sense of humour. I wish I could do it all again!

For us the biggest reason is Nicolas our tour guide. We were 1 hour late and Nicolas waited for us very patiently. He looked after us and got a good lunch. The delta itself is quaint and can be experienced quite well in the private boat where you experience the riverside life. However be mindful it’s just scenery and nothing more. Also it’s 45 min from downtown.
